4. User Obligations

  • You shall not submit false, defamatory, harmful, or offensive inputs.
  • You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or replicate the AI models, frontend, or backend systems.
  • You shall not exploit the system for automated queries, unauthorized commercial purposes, or mass extraction.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

  • All payments are final. Refunds will only be processed for technical failures verified by our team.
  • Pricing may change with or without notice. You are responsible for reviewing updates before renewal.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates our terms, misuses the service, or is involved in fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, logic, designs, software, and reports are the exclusive property of MagicAstroAI. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
