📜 End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA governs the use of MagicAstroAI, whether through a website, mobile app, or any software or API interface.

1. License Grant

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use MagicAstroAI for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, copy, or decompile any part of MagicAstroAI
• Use the product for commercial resale, model training, or publication without permission
• Share or sell astrology reports generated via this platform

3. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the software, models, datasets, and UI belong solely to MagicAstroAI. No ownership is transferred under this agreement.

4. Updates and Modifications

We may update the app, APIs, models, or features at any time. Updates may be mandatory to maintain service compatibility. We are not liable for deprecated access or backward incompatibility.

5. Termination

Your license may be revoked immediately if you violate any clause in this EULA or the Terms of Use.

6. No Warranties

We provide this software “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

• Loss of income, emotional distress, or decision-making errors based on the app
• Any indirect, special, or consequential damages
• Any issues resulting from inaccurate user input

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MagicAstroAI, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or costs arising from your use or misuse of the software.

9. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India, with jurisdiction in New Delhi.
